My approach towards graphic design is rooted in general principles of Design and Art that I acquired growing up in an artistic environment as well as in my formal education in design and architecture. In all my graphic and web design work I seek an ergonomic balance of function, appropriate technology and aesthetic paradigms, never sacrificing one for the other. The best design always support the information it presents.
When I design and build a web site, I constantly consider how the site will function and how my design serves that function every step of the way.
Development
I specialize in XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end web development. In addition to being well versed in standards-based markup practices, I have production experience with several major JavaScript libraries.
In addition to front-end web development, I also offer development in PHP and SQL, as well as content management system integration, for easy site maintenance, thanks to an extensive network of freelancers I work with for other languages. I can assemble the perfect team for your project, based on your requirements.

A bit more about me
I love what I do. Designing and building great web sites is a passion. I consider myself a web architect. "Website architecture is an approach to the design and planning of websites which, like architecture itself, involves technical, aesthetic and functional criteria" - source: Wilkipedia.
I get my Design fix here and there. One of my designs was featured in Smashing Magazine.
When I'm not developing web sites, I'm a musician and a photographer. I own a bouyant and incredibly possessive boxer, Czar. My favorite book is The Odyssey, my favorite author is Issac Asimov, and I am simply unable to pick a favorite opera.
